Features

Enduredge plastic doctor blades have been widely recognized by printers and coating manufacturers at home and abroad. Manufactured with ultra-high precision machining processes, they guarantee precise edge profile, consistent straightness, outstanding wear resistance and reliable performance. The company keeps applying innovative materials to extend blade service life and improve performance.

Application

Mainstream blade materials include polyester, UHMW, POM, nylon, carbon fiber, etc., which are suitable for multi-purpose applications with chamber doctor blade systems and single blade systems, covering flexible package printing, flexo label printing, corrugated printing, paper and film coating, copper and aluminum foil coating. Customized designs are available for both single blade and chamber systems.

Enermof plastic doctor blades are manufactured with ultra-high precision machining processes, guaranteeing precise edge profile, consistent straightness, outstanding wear resistance and reliable running performance. Innovative polymer formulations are applied to extend blade lifetime and adapt to diverse chamber system and single blade system applications.

Education

TC Series – Teflon Composite Doctor Blade

  • Based on Teflon composite material, engineered for special coating processes under high temperature working conditions

  • Withstands continuous operating temperatures up to 260℃

  • Features super wear resistance and high material density

  • Reduces frequent blade changeovers and avoids operation risks from high-temperature environments

CC Series – Carbon Fiber Composite Doctor Blade

  • Synthetic polyamide and hexamethylene diamine matrix reinforced with carbon fiber and graphite

  • Delivers 5 times the wear resistance compared to conventional plastic blade materials

  • Features outstanding self-lubrication for reduced friction and roll surface protection

  • Developed to meet the growing demand of the foil coating industry

P Series – Polyester Doctor Blade

  • Made of reinforced biaxial-oriented polyester material with double-layer lamination technology

  • 1.5 times higher hardness than standard polyester blades

  • Provides high strength and elasticity for stable running performance

  • Adaptable to various harsh working environments with extended service life

M Series – POM Doctor Blade

  • Manufactured from highly stable polyoxymethylene (POM) thermoplastic

  • Features softer texture and excellent inherent self-lubrication

  • High elasticity properties for applications with lower blade pressure

  • Achieves longer service life than polyester blades in low-pressure printing and coating scenarios

U Series – UHMW Doctor Blade

  • Made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW) with a very soft, compliant texture

  • Exceptional self-lubrication significantly reduces friction between the blade and roll surface

  • Maintains stable wear resistance in harsh working environments and conditions

  • Ideal material for corrugated carton printing and other heavy-duty industrial applications
