  • Ultra-high strength-to-weight ratio: Constructed from high-performance carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), the roller is 60–70% lighter than steel rollers while delivering higher specific stiffness, effectively reducing equipment frame load and supporting structure stress.

  • Extremely low rotational inertia: The lightweight design dramatically cuts rotational inertia, enabling fast start-stop response and reducing drive motor power consumption, which is perfectly suited for high-speed production lines with frequent dynamic operation.

  • High rigidity in thin-wall structure: Optimized carbon fiber layup technology ensures excellent bending and torsion resistance even with a thin-walled roller body, avoiding structural deformation under continuous load.

2. Ultra-High Precision & Dimensional Stability

  • Precision machined geometric tolerances: Manufactured with high-precision grinding and finishing processes, with strict control over roundness, cylindricity and radial runout tolerances, ensuring uniform web tension and consistent coating/printing thickness across the full web width.

  • Ultra-low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE): The carbon fiber composite has a far lower CTE than metal materials, maintaining dimensional accuracy under temperature fluctuations and high-temperature working conditions, and eliminating product defects caused by thermal deformation.

  • Precision dynamic balancing: Strict dynamic balancing calibration minimizes vibration at high rotational speeds, reduces equipment noise, and prevents web flutter, deviation and unstable tension issues.
