Gravure & Flexo printing - Mid&Low Speed P300&P200
Premium Standard blade is the most widely used doctor blade for every flexible packaging converters with reasonable cost and performance. Based on reasonable cost and good performance, high precision coating and supreme print quality is easily achievable. P series standard blade is highly recommended for mid and low speed flexographic, gravure printing and coating.

The new blade holder provides good flexibility and eliminate ink leakage. Convenient for blade installation and usage. Ink residue will not accumulate inside blade holder.

a. Blade stiffness is improved and flexibility on performance is very much better due to the introduction of "Arc" design blade holder.
b. Contact between rivet and holder is attached together to avoid ink leakage and safely use.
c. This allow 10mm or 15mm blade easily installed with both blade and holder being fixed with the same parameter, thus ink residue will not trapped inside. Hence, no cleansing to be done on blade holder for certain substantial time frame.
